Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Serves: 36

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Stonewall Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 oz melted butter
1 cup heaping, fresh or frozen blueberries 


Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix batter thoroughly with other ingredients, then carefully fold in berries.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.  Note: whether your berries are picked fresh from the bush or frozen from the bag, freezing before adding the batter prevents the batter from becoming gray, especially if you stir minimally and cautiously.
