Chocolate Mousse Pie Recipe
Ingredients: 9" baked and cooled pie shell or graham cracker crust 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 cup powdered sugar 1-1/2 tsp vanilla 2 cups heavy cream
Directions: In large bowl, combine cream cheese and cocoa. Beat well until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. In medium bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate cream cheese mixture. Pour into cooled pie shell. Cover and chill until firm, 4-5 hours. 8 servings
