Crescent Rolls
Serves: 4
Ingredients: 1 store bought package crescent roll dough 1/2 cup Earth & Vine Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam 8 pieces of brie (rind removed) cut into 1 1/2" long little logs 1/4 cup pecans (roughly chopped) 1 egg and 1 tsp water (beaten)
Directions: Preheat oven 375 degrees. On a non-stick foil lined cookie sheet, unroll dough, separate into 8 triangles. Use a tsp to spread a thin layer of pepper jam across each piece of dough. At wide end of triangle, lay a piece of cheese down and sprinkle with some pecans. Roll crescents up. Brush with a little egg wash. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Great on a brunch menu.
