Black Olive Pesto and Tomato Salad Recipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 medium tomato, sliced fairly thick
1 tbsp Stonewall Black Olive Pesto
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted


Directions:
Lay the tomato slices out on a plate with the ends just overlapping. Mix the pesto and olive oil together and drizzle liberally over the tomato slices. Scatter with your toasted pine nuts and enjoy.
