Blueberry Waffles Recipe

Serves: 7-8 waffles

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups water
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups Stonewall Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
6 tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup fresh blueberries


Directions:
Mix water with beaten eggs, add Pancake and Waffle Mix and mix well.  Stir in melted butter and then add blueberries.  Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. Top with any Stonewall Kitchen Syrup or Jam.
