Cran Orange Chicken Salad Recipe

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Stonewall Orange Cranberry Marmalade
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 (12 oz) package very veggie salad blends
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced, about 1 cup
1/2 Sweet Red Bell Pepper, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1/3 cup flavored almonds


Directions:
Combine juice, vinegar, and marmalade in small bowl; whisk in oil. Combine salad blends, chicken, celery, bell pepper, cranberries, and almonds in large bowl; Add vinaigrette, toss to evenly coat.

*Note: Use a purchased roast chicken for this recipe, or 2 cooked chicken breasts.
