Cranberry Walnut Fudge Recipe

Makes 24 squares

Ingredients: 
1 pkg Canterbury Rich & Creamy Microwave Fudge Mix
1/4 cup milk
2/3 stick (6 tbsp) butter
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:

Empty package of Fudge Mix into medium glass dish and stir in milk (mixture will be too thick to completely blend).  Place the butter in center, on top of mixture. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. If butter has not completely melted, don't worry, it will melt when stirred. Add dried cranberries and walnuts and stir vigorously until smooth. Pour into a buttered 8" x 8" pan. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or in freezer for 1/2 hour. Cut into squares.
