Grilled Swordfish & Artichoke Salsa Recipe
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2 (6 oz ) wild caught swordfish steaks
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 jar Jardine’s Cowpoke Artichoke Salsa
Directions:
Combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings and place along with swordfish into Ziploc bag. Marinate fish for 30 minutes turning frequently. Remove swordfish from bag and discard remaining marinade. Grill for approximately 5 minutes per side. Top with salsa and serve.
