Lemon Angel Food Cake Recipe

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:
1 store bought Angel Food cake

Filling:
1 jar Stonewall Fresh Lemon Curd
1 pint fresh raspberry

Lemon Glaze:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp finely grated lemons, zest of
1 pinch salt


Directions:
Stir the lemon glaze ingredients together in a small bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes before using. Cut cake to make two layers. Spread lemon curd on bottom later, top curd with raspberries. Place top half of cake on raspberries. Pour glaze over cake and let stand for at least 10 outside minutes, or until the glaze is set. Use a sharp serrated knife to cut the cake.
