Lemon Curd Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 oz Stonewall Lemon Curd
2 cups champagne
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped


Directions:
Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes. Cool completely.  Add lemon curd and champagne. Place in freezer, when almost frozen fold in cream.
