Lemon Float Recipe

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 cup Stonewall Lemon Curd
1 liter sparkling water, chilled
1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream (8 scoops)


Directions:
Spoon 1/4 cup lemon curd into each of 4 pint sized dessert glasses.  Add 1/4 sparkling water and stir to combine. Add 2 scoops of ice cream to each glass; top with additional sparkling water. Serve immediately with straws.
