Sweet Heat Mustard Ham Glaze Recipe

3 tbsp Rothschild Raspberry Honey Mustard
1 tbsp mustard, dry
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg yolk
as needed fine fresh breadcrumbs

Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs together. Remove ham from oven in its last 20 minutes of cooking time. Spread mustard coating on top and sides. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes.
