Peach Amaretto Bars Recipe

Serves: 12 -16 bars

Ingredients:
2 eggs, medium
1 cup Stonewall Peach Amaretto Jam
1/2 cup unsalted organic butter, melted
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup quick oats
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Blend in Peach Amaretto Jam, butter and vanilla. Add flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and mix well.  Grease 8" x 12" baking dish. Spread mixture into pan evenly.  Bake until golden brown and firm to the touch, approximately 15-18 minutes.  Cool completely and cut into 12 to 16 bars. Store in tightly covered container.
