Pomegranate Orange Duck Recipe

Servings: 4

5 to 6 lb organic duckling
1 orange, cut into 4 wedges with skin on
4 medium yellow onions, peeled and cut into 4 wedges
1 cup Earth & Vine Pomegranate Pear with Port Culinary Sauce
salt & pepper


Preheat oven to 305 degrees.  Place the duck in a large roasting pan. Stuff cavity with orange wedges, place cut onion around duck, pour Pomegranate Pear with port culinary Sauce over and into duck, salt and pepper and bake for approximately two hours or until done.  Serve with onions and one orange wedge per plate.
