Asparagus Prosciutto Puffs Recipe

Makes 12 spears

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry sheet
Rothschild Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip
2 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
12 organic asparagus spears
sea salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Rinse and trim bottom off fresh asparagus. Thaw puff pastry and roll out sheet onto cutting board. Brush slightly warmed Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip onto puff pastry sheet. Cover with one layer of the thinly sliced prosciutto. Using sharp knife, slice prepared pastry puff into 1/2" wide strips. Gently spiral one strip around each asparagus spear. Place onto parchment lined baking sheet and season with sea salt and pepper. Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 12-15 minutes.
