Pumpkin Butter Glazed Carrots Recipe

Serves: 8

Ingredients:
3 lbs carrots, washed, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup Stonewall Maple Pumpkin Butter


Directions:

Peel and slice carrots into coin shaped pieces, steam in water until tender, drain and place in serving dish, mix or toss with butter and Pumpkin Butter until evenly coated, and serve while still warm. Omit butter to reduce fat content of dish.
