Red Bell Pepper & Cheese Torte Recipe

Ingredients:
6 inch spring form pan
4 cups white cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 large red onion, finely chopped by hand
1/4 cup mayonnaise
7 oz Earth & Vine Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam


Directions:
Mix together cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Spray spring form pan with a non-stick spray, spread mixture in pan and pour jam over mixture. Refrigerate overnight.  Remove spring form edge before serving. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
