Red Bell Pepper Pesto Torte Recipe

Servings: 12

Ingredients:
1 lb cream cheese
1 cup traditional pesto sauce
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
Earth & Vine Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam for topping


Directions:
Whip cream cheese and butter, add pesto, stir in pine nuts.  Line spring form pan or 3" tall cake pan with plastic wrap and press mixture into pan. Cover and chill overnight.  Un-mold on tray and top with Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam and serve with baguette toast or crackers.
