Sweet Heat Sausage Bake Recipe

Serves: 10-12

Ingredients:
1/4 cup parsley, fresh and chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs, fine
1 tbsp onion, grated
2 lbs sausage, bulk and crumbled
1 jar Rothschild Raspberry Honey Mustard


Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Combine the parsley, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion and sausage in a bowl and mix well.  Spoon into an 8 cup Bundt pan, drizzle with 1/4 cup of Raspberry Honey Mustard and bake for 1 hour. Drain every 20 minutes while cooking.  To serve, invert on serving platter and pour 3/4 cup of warmed Raspberry Honey Mustard over top.
