Turkey Almond Bake Recipe
Serves: 6
Ingredients: 1 tbsp flour 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tbsp butter, melted 1/2 cup almonds, slivered 3 cups turkey, cooked, cubed 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Rothschild Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip 1 unbaked pie shell, frozen 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup almonds, slivered as desired parsley, chopped salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour and 1 cup cheese. Stir in butter and 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Add turkey, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fill pie shell with turkey mixture. Top with remaining cheese and almonds. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
