A light, sweet maple and balsamic vinaigrette with small delightful bits of bleu cheese tossed in. Toss with mixed greens, fresh strawberries and sliced almonds for a salad that is sure to please. Fabulous as an overnight marinade for chicken and pork. Jazz up crudites or try as a pasta salad base.
